Authentication Errors

Authentication Required

  • Description: The user is not signed in.

    • User session has expired.
    • User is attempting to perform an action without being logged in.
  • Solution:
    1. Log in using your Google account.
    2. Ensure your session is active while using the platform.

Invalid API Key

  • Description: The API key is missing or invalid.

    • API key not entered in account settings.
    • The entered key is incorrect or expired.
  • Solution:
    1. Go to Account Settings and check if a valid API key is entered.
    2. Retrieve your API key from the CustomGPT.ai Profile.
    3. Re-enter the key and save the settings.

Project and Input Errors

No Projects Found

  • Description: No projects associated with the user's API key.
  • Cause:
    • The user has not created any projects in the dashboard.
  • Solution:
    1. Log in to the CustomGPT.ai dashboard.
    2. Create a new project under the "Projects" section.

Project ID Missing
